Local Outreach

There are outreach activities throughout the whole year students can participate in. The school tries to have a variety of outreach activities so the talents and abilities of the students can be used to benefit others. 

Annual Mission Trips

Laurelwood Academy has dedicated the month of March for mission emphasis. There are several mission trips that go to other countries as well as a home mission team each year. All of the students are involved with one of the mission trips. We feel that this not only gives the students experience of mission work, but also brings them closer to God. In previous years, we have gone to the following places: Peru, Russia, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Oregon, Norway, Poland, Hong Kong, and Romania, Costa Rica, Africa, Thailand, Scotland, France, Czech Republic, and Ukraine.
